ADULT—£11.00    

Accompanied CHILDREN  (to age 16)—FREE

DISCOUNTED TICKETS: Please note these will be checked on arrival, and the relevant discount card or pass will be required to qualify for the discount.

 The museum is a registered charity run by volunteers, and Gift Aid is a simple way for UK taxpayers to allow the museum to claim an additional 25% of the ticket/membership price from HMRC.

Gift Aid at no extra cost. In return, you will be able to visit the museum as many times as you like in the twelve months following your first visit.

ONLINE TICKET REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY

Refunds: All online ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the event or visit is cancelled by the museum. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for changes of mind, illness, or personal circumstances.

Transfers: If you are unable to attend, we may be able to transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability and at the museum’s discretion. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to request a transfer.

Late Requests  Requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled visit may not be eligible for transfer or refund, except in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellations by the Museum  If the museum cancels your visit due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.
